CrimsonBlu Residential is seeking motivated independent contractors to perform residential property inspections in The Cape, MA. This 1099 role lets you set your own hours and routes, using your own equipment and associates if you have them.

You will travel to properties to complete exterior inspections, conduct brief homeowner discussions, capture app-guided photos, and manage interior inspections as needed. The work is commissioned per completed inspection with a steady monthly cadence.
