Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Charlotte for residential property inspections. You will travel to properties to complete exterior inspections and occasional interior checks, explaining the process to homeowners and capturing photos via a mobile app.

You’ll schedule interior visits and deliver professional, on-time service in a flexible, contractor-led setup. Work is performed as a 1099 independent contractor with fees paid per completed inspection; set your own hours

The Gig

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
