Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking independent contractor property inspectors in Porterville, CA. Work independently with your own schedule, travel to properties for exterior and occasional interior inspections, and get paid per completed inspection.

This 1099 role lets you control when and how you complete jobs, while coordinating with other clients as you see fit. You’ll be responsible for taxes and any necessary business insurance.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

The Gig
