Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in New Bern, NC to perform residential property inspections. Set your own hours and route, and work with other clients as you wish. You control your schedule and taxes, while receiving payment per completed inspection.

Responsibilities include traveling to properties, speaking with homeowners, taking photos with our app, and scheduling interior inspections when needed. This is a 1099 contractor role—not an employee position.

Qualifications

• Must be a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter.
• Own and manage own schedule as an independent contractor.
• Willing to travel to New Bern, NC properties for inspections.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

The Gig

Service Fees

• Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis
• Time estimates: 0.5 working day(s) per week / 1-2 days per month
• Availability: Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
