Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking independent contractors to perform residential property inspections in Nampa, ID. You will travel to properties, discuss the inspection with homeowners, and capture required photos and data using our mobile app.

This 1099 role lets you set your own schedule, work with other clients, and determine how many inspections you take on—primarily exterior with occasional interior reviews.

Residential Property Inspector – Nampa, ID – 1099 Independent Contractor

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Nampa, ID to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

Service Fees

• Availability: Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
