Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual in Helena, MT to act as a residential property inspector. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with the freedom to set your own hours, build your own route, and utilize your own associates if you have them.

Inspect exterior properties and occasional interiors, discuss findings with homeowners, capture app-guided photos, and schedule interior/high-value inspections.

Qualifications

The Gig

• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication

• Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis
• Time estimates: 1 working day(s) per week / 4 days per month
• Work window: 8am - Sunset, Monday–Saturday
