Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated individuals in Folsom, CA to perform residential property inspections as independent contractors. You will travel to assigned properties, explain the process to homeowners, and document findings through our mobile app.

This is a 1099 role with control over your schedule and the freedom to work with other clients. You’ll be responsible for scheduling inspections, taking exterior and occasional interior photos, and delivering timely, professional service while

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted
• Explain the inspection to homeowners in a brief, professional manner
• Capture required photos and data through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
• Schedule your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections

Residential Property Inspector – Folsom, CA – 1099 Independent Contractor

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Folsom, CA to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

The Gig

Service Fees

• Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis
• Time estimates: 3 working day(s) per week / 12 days per month

• Availability: Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
