CrimsonBlu is seeking a Residential Property Inspector for Folsom, CA to join as an independent contractor. Set your own hours and route, and use your own associates if you have them, earning pay per inspection.

You will travel to properties for exterior inspections (with occasional interior work), take app-guided photos, and explain the process to homeowners. Work window is 8am–sunset, Mon–Sat, with monthly payments for completed inspections.
