Job summary

CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector in Vallejo, CA seeks motivated independent contractors to perform exterior inspections and occasional interior checks for residential underwriting. Set your own hours and build your route by partnering with CrimsonBlu and using your own associates if available.

You will travel to properties, discuss the process with homeowners, capture app-guided photos, and answer property questions via our mobile web app.

Qualifications

• Must be motivated and detail-oriented, able to work as an independent contractor in Vallejo, CA.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and self-directed.
• Ability to manage own schedule and route to complete inspections.
