Job summary

CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector in Bartlesville, OK is seeking independent contractors to perform exterior inspections with occasional interior work. You set your own hours and manage your own route. As a 1099 contractor you control scheduling, select jobs, and handle your taxes and insurance.

You will travel to properties, capture photos, and report findings via our mobile web app. This role offers flexibility to work with multiple clients, choose daylight hours, and build a business

Residential Property Inspector – Bartlesville, OK – 1099 Independent Contractor

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Bartlesville, OK to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

The Gig

• Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted
• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
• Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
• Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections

Service Fees

• Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis
• Time estimates: 1 working day(s) per week / 4 days per month

• Availability: Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
