Job summary

CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector in Bartlesville, OK is seeking independent contractors to perform exterior inspections with occasional interior work. You set your own hours and manage your own route. As a 1099 contractor you control scheduling, select jobs, and handle your taxes and insurance.

You will travel to properties, capture photos, and report findings via our mobile web app. This role offers flexibility to work with multiple clients, choose daylight hours, and build a business

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with own business setup preferred.
• Willing to operate outdoors and travel to properties.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections.
• Explain the inspection process to homeowners in a brief, professional manner.
• Capture required photos and data using our mobile web app.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs.
• Schedule interior/high-value inspections at times that fit your route.
