Job summary

CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector in Arlington, TX is seeking motivated independent contractors to perform exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections. You set your own hours and build your own route, getting paid per inspection.

As a 1099 contractor, you will travel to properties, speak briefly with homeowners to explain the inspection, and capture photos using our mobile app. You may schedule interior/high-value inspections and use a camera pole for roof photos.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable traveling to properties in Arlington, TX.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with a focus on accuracy.
• Able to explain inspections clearly to homeowners and capture required information via mobile app.
