Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Williamsburg, VA to perform residential property inspections. Travel to properties, inspect exterior and occasional interior, and explain the process to homeowners.

You will take app-guided photos using a mobile web app, use a camera pole for roof photos, schedule interior/high-value inspections, and deliver accurate, on-time service with clear communication. This is an independent contractor role with flexible hours.
