Residential Property Inspector – Arvada, CO – 1099 Independent Contractor

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Arvada, CO to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

Service Fees

• Availability: Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
