Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking a Property Inspector to conduct thorough physical inspections of multifamily rental properties, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and early identification of operational risks.

The role covers evaluating conditions, maintenance needs, and housekeeping in line with inspection protocols, with travel to sites as required. Onsite, with a 12‑month contract and frequent daytime travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in property management, maintenance, or construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical inspections including stairs, crouching, walking grounds, and crossing parking lots.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections of properties within the rental housing portfolio.
• Evaluate property conditions, maintenance practices, and capital needs.
• Assess housekeeping standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
