Real Property Management East San Gabriel Valley is seeking a dependable Property Field Specialist to assist with residential properties throughout the Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley areas. This field-based role involves traveling between sites, observing and documenting property conditions, and coordinating access for maintenance and inspections.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, comfortable entering occupied or vacant homes, and able to use a smartphone to complete

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage field tasks
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Comfortable using a smartphone to capture photos and complete digital reports
• Respectful communication with residents, vendors, and office staff

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine interior and exterior property evaluations with photos
• Document property conditions and report maintenance concerns
• Post notices at properties and check vacant properties
• Meet vendors and provide property access when needed
• Verify completion of maintenance work with photos and notes
• Assist with move-in/move-out documentation and property-related errands
