Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or property cleaning roles preferred.
• Pool certification required for properties with a pool.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas such as lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, and kitchens.
• Perform deep cleaning of vacant units during turnover.
• Assist with grounds and exterior maintenance like snow removal and landscaping tasks.
• Handle light maintenance and basic repairs; respond to work orders.
• Maintain safe, clean mechanical rooms and storage areas.
