Job summary

Perfect My Home (PMH) seeks an experienced Project Manager to cover the Tulsa area and surrounding Oklahoma sites. Responsible for planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting on residential construction projects, acting as a liaison between upper management and field teams.

The role requires 5–10 years in residential homebuilding, strong understanding of framing, codes, and building inspections, and the ability to read blueprints. Travel to job sites is required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential homebuilding and general construction is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills with leadership on active job sites.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Customer service skills for liaison duties with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, monitor, and report on projects from approval.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and shop personnel; travel to job sites.
• Ensure project scope is well-defined and adheres to schedule.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
