Job summary

Hill Construction Company is seeking a qualified Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to support the Las Vegas team on luxury residential projects along the West Coast. The role focuses on documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

As part of a dynamic team, you will assist Project Managers and Superintendents, ensuring quality, risk management, and timely project delivery across sites including San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 1-2 years minimum direct experience with project schedules, RFIs, estimates, budgets and contracts.
• Ability to read and bid construction plans.
• Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes and communication with owners, architects and office teams.
