Brightway Living & Learning in Port Jefferson, NY is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager to support adults with disabilities and oversee day-to-day operations of a residential program.

You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, promote safety and community inclusion, and ensure compassionate, high-quality care. A valid NYS driver's license and at least 18 months of DSP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 18 months of Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience.
• New hires not meeting criteria may receive a lower rate.
