Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a Direct Care position.
• One year of staff supervision is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of state and agency-mandated training: First Aid/CPR; DDS Medication Administration Certificate; Safety Care/Legal; DPPC/Fire Safety/Human Rights/Universal Precautions; CORE Curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in interviewing, hiring, orienting, training, supervising, and evaluating staff.
• Foster teamwork by setting expectations, providing feedback, and maintaining regular communication.
• Participate in intake and orientation for new individuals and contribute to case assignments.
• Coordinate services with individuals, families, referral agencies, and residential staff.
• Develop and monitor program goals and evaluate service effectiveness.
• Promote Positive Behavioral Supports and health and safety policies.
• Organize schedules, meals, activities, and daily operations to ensure coverage.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure regulatory compliance.
