Job summary

The Residential Program Director at Charles River Center will oversee the daily operations of CRC home(s), supervise staff, develop and review Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), and coordinate medical services to ensure high-quality, person-centered supports.

Coordinate with nursing staff, manage schedules, provide training, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting safety, inclusion, and community participation for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field is required.
• Minimum five years’ experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• At least 1 year of staff supervision is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review ISPs for individuals.
• Provide direct care and supervision in daily activities.
• Coordinate medical/clinical appointments and nursing follow-up.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; conduct evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with DDS, regulatory standards, and safety practices.
