Next Steps Community Services in Dalton, NH is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee an adult group home, providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities and related behavioral needs. You will coordinate care, staffing, and safety to maintain a high quality of life for residents.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, be at least 21, and pass a background check with authorization to work in the United States.

• Oversee an adult residential program and ensure high quality services.
• Liaise between Next Steps Community Services, Area Agencies, families/guardians, and external providers.
• Ensure the overall health, wellness, and goal attainment of individuals served.
• Ensure program documentation meets certification and licensing requirements and is completed accurately and timely.
