Job summary

BAMSI is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for a residential program, ensuring high-quality person-centered supports while managing operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes improving independence and community inclusion for adults with disabilities, supervising a dedicated team, coordinating services, and ensuring safety and regulatory adherence across all activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a related field with 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a residential program, ensuring high-quality person-centered supports while managing program operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
• Interview and hire employees; provide supervision, coaching, and professional development; conduct performance evaluations.
• Identify and address program needs related to facilities, vehicle maintenance, and operations; ensure incident reporting and ISP documentation compliance.
