Job summary

Hands of Heartland in Omaha, NE is seeking a Residential Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations across multiple group homes. Qualifications

• At least two years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• One year supervisory/leader experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass registry and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct operations of multiple group homes.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff.
• Implement program plans and coordinate appointments and activities for the individuals we support.
• Ensure services address the wants and needs of people with developmental disabilities as written in the ISP.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including plan data and logs.
• Safeguard individuals' funds and assist with purchases as needed.
• Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and fill shifts when necessary.
