Job summary

Mainstay Life Services is seeking a Residential Program Manager to lead up to two community homes serving 1–4 individuals. You will ensure health, safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth daily operations, while supervising up to 15 Direct Support Professionals.

The role requires strong leadership, trauma-informed, person-centered care, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and record systems. This on-site position may involve flexible hours to meet program needs and emergencies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of up to two community homes and 1–4 individuals.
