This role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, experience with vulnerable populations, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related discipline.
• Experience with vulnerable populations.
• Strong knowledge of residential program management and regulatory standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor residential program activities and schedules.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support services.
• Manage resident intake processes, maintain records, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication between residents, families, and staff.
• Conduct regular program evaluations and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Organize training and development opportunities for residential staff.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents within the residential setting, ensuring resident safety and well-being.
