Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services required; 2+ years in residential services with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• 2 years supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check, and a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential services and coordinate Program Coordinators and supervisors.
• Schedule, activity planning, and individual planning for residents.
• Ensure licensing compliance and regulatory updates.
