Job summary

The Arc Ontario is seeking a Residential Program Supervisor in Geneva, NY, to lead the daily operations of a residential home and supervise direct care staff. You will coordinate programming, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate with families and clinical partners.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Internal candidate requires 1-year of relevant experience.
• Valid NYS Driver's License.
• Must be able to provide coverage of shifts as the need arises.
• Ability to work independently and motivate others.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support services to residents to assist them in having a fulfilling life.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned residential home.
• Supervise and guide Direct Care Staff.
• Provide peace of mind to families of residents.
• Adhere to The Arc Ontario policies to promote wellbeing and safety.
