Hope Network in Rockford, MI is seeking a Residential Program Manager to lead one or more residential homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services. This full-time, on-site role includes hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring staff, while maintaining licensing and funding compliance.

You will promote independence and dignity for individuals served, build strong partner relationships, and manage health monitoring, medication administration, and quality care practices.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a Human Services-related field is preferred.
• Three years of related experience if no Associate's Degree is required.
• Ability to work independently with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for staffing and program emergencies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.

The Residential Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for one or more Hope Network residential homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for individuals served. This role is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring direct care staff; maintaining compliance with licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements; and creating a safe, supportive home environment that promotes independence, dignity, and individual success.
