Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Residential Program Manager to lead staff, oversee program operations, and ensure high-quality, compliant services for individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries across community settings.

You will supervise staff, manage caseloads, monitor performance, and coordinate with partners and regulatory bodies to deliver effective rehabilitation services and secure funding. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Five+ years of relevant experience and at least one year of supervisory experience
• Licensure as required by state
• Driver's license for minimum 1 year and good driving record
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Well-organized with ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage program staff with coaching, feedback, and progressive discipline as needed
• Assign caseloads, evaluate performance, conduct orientation, and manage staff development
• Supervise staff including scheduling, performance evaluations, and issue resolution
• Develop and maintain relationships with individuals served, families, funding sources, and regulatory agencies
• Project revenue and monitor monthly expenses aligned with program goals
• Promote and market programs to funding sources and community groups; respond to information requests
• Monitor regulatory, contractual, corporate, and legal compliance; maintain accurate records
• Serve as liaison with consulting staff (psychiatrists, psychologists, physicians)
• Monitor community-based supports and other required services
• Interface with billing and other units to meet company requirements
• Recommend policies to enhance program efficiency using analytics
