REM Community Services in Marshalltown, IA is seeking a Program / Residential Supervisor to lead direct care teams and ensureISP implementation while maintaining high-quality supports for individuals with disabilities.

You will supervise caregivers, coordinate staffing, and support clients with daily activities, transportation, and community outings. This role offers growth in supervisory skills within a mission-driven Sevita family organization.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
• Opportunity to gain supervisory skills while directly making a difference.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Support individuals with daily activities including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct care, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.
