Job summary

Woods Services in Langhorne, PA seeks a Residential Program Supervisor to lead a team delivering care to individuals with ID, ASD, and psychiatric needs, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

You will participate in treatment planning, staff training, and quality initiatives, supervising Behavioral Health Specialists and coordinating with clinical teams to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 and ability to work with the target population.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, pursue clients on foot, and restrain with training.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and complete SMITH driver training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client care, ensure alignment with program goals and regulatory standards.
• Lead staff, provide training on trauma-informed care and crisis de-escalation.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and conduct audits.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and support staff through crises.
