Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in related field.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in residential services or related field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Ability to complete required background screenings and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential location.
• Ensure services align with individual support plans and treatment goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.
• Monitor program performance and census goals.
• Provide direct support when needed to meet participant and operational needs.
• Advocate for participants' needs, rights, and goals.
• Coordinate and participate in planning meetings (IP, OPS, IDT, IEP).
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, case managers, clinicians, and community partners.
