The role involves lifting 70–75 lbs, using approved holds as trained, and following care plans. A high school diploma or GED with two years in human services is preferred. Daytime hours, Monday–Friday, with training opportunities provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; two years in human services preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related Human Services area preferred.
• Valid CT driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Create a nurturing learning environment and develop strategies for daily living.
• Lift and transfer clients up to 70-75 lbs; active indoor/outdoor work.
• Administer approved holds to ensure safety of clients and staff.
• Implement care plans and document progress and barriers.
• Monitor changes and report to supervisor within 24 hours.
• Support meal planning, preparation, and dietary plans.
