Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or 1 year of lead staff experience.
• Prior experience in Residential Services is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily activities like personal care and meal prep.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment.
• Provide supervision and guidance to individuals.
• Coordinate a variety of services for individuals.
