• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have NY or NJ Driver’s license.
• Full-time availability in Teaneck, NJ.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a residential program for adults with I/DD, providing 24-hour oversight.
• Supervise an interdisciplinary team and coordinate services.
• Oversee administrative duties, documentation, and regulatory implementation.
• Ensure the physical, emotional, and medical care of residents.
