Job summary

Dungarvin in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator (RPC) to lead and coordinate services for individuals with disabilities. You will develop staff schedules, assist with programming, and ensure safety and quality of supports.

This full-time day-shift role offers a starting rate of $20.50/hour, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for growth. You will work closely with supervisors and frontline teams to promote person-centered care and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Minimum two years of experience with individuals with disabilities or one year of lead staff, or a two-year degree in a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services related to finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household management, and educational/vocational programs.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate program coverage.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming, individual supports, and team communication.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff and support team members.
• Perform direct support duties during assigned shifts, including personal cares, meal preparation, transportation, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote person-centered supports that foster independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes.
• Assist with household management and help maintain a clean, safe home environment, including general housekeeping and upkeep tasks.
• Communicate program, household, medical, behavioral, and staffing needs to supervisors.
