Job summary

Jewish Family & Children's Service is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator to support adults with disabilities in community residences. The role emphasizes independent living, health maintenance, and community integration, with emphasis on safety and person-centered care.

You will collaborate with a manager to handle administrative tasks and provide direct support, including medication management, documentation, and engagement in activities that promote autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities in residential settings.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to pass a national background check and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support independent living skills including personal care and social activities.
• Promote health by assisting with medical appointments and medication administration.
• Coordinate client care and document DDS-related paperwork.
• Apply redirection, conflict resolution, and de-escalation as needed.
