Job summary

CASK Construction in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks a client-facing leader for our residential preconstruction team. You will guide homeowners from signing a preconstruction agreement through design development, budget alignment, contract execution, and into construction.

This role focuses on building trust, delivering an exceptional client experience, and driving an 85% preconstruction-to-construction conversion through proactive communication, budgeting, and collaborative decisions.

Qualifications

• Residential construction or design-build experience.
• Proven consultative, relationship-based sales success.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.
• CRM/Buildertrend experience is preferred.
• Ability to guide clients through difficult decisions while maintaining trust.

Responsibilities

• Own preconstruction client experience from agreement to construction handoff.
• Lead design, budget, and contract alignment meetings with homeowners.
• Guide clients through budget decisions and financing conversations.
• Maintain momentum with proactive, clear communication and follow-up.
• Present construction agreements and facilitate deposits; coordinate with project team.
