Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-time multi-family portfolio management experience.
• SME knowledge of Landlord/Tenant law in Oregon and Washington including Fair Housing laws.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to financial reporting and analytics.
• Willingness to travel between properties; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse teams to manage a portfolio of mid-size multi-family properties.
• Achieve revenue growth, occupancy goals, and asset performance expectations.
• Mentor and develop team to deliver exceptional resident experiences across communities.
• Provide financial and accounting reports and analytics to clients.
