Job summary

CRMG Co. seeks a highly motivated Residential Portfolio Manager to join our growing residential team in Tigard, OR.

You will lead a portfolio of mid-size multi-family communities, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and mentor a diverse team to deliver outstanding resident experiences. You bring 3–5 years of full-time multi-family portfolio management experience, strong knowledge of Oregon and Washington landlord/tenant laws, and proficiency with property software (Entrata a plus).

Qualifications

• This role requires a portfolio management mindset with strong leadership and communication.
• Experience managing multi-family residential portfolios and driving occupancy/ revenue goals.
• Familiarity with Landlord/Tenant laws in Oregon and Washington, including Fair Housing.
• Ability to analyze financial and accounting reports and provide insights.
• Willingness to travel between properties and handle after-hours emergencies.
