Qualifications

• Licensed Texas realtor agent or broker strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of residential property management experience, Build-to-Rent focus.
• 2+ years of leadership and team development experience.
• REIT or investor ownership experience with proactive results.
• Excellent communication and tenant relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy and market communities to attract residents.
• Lead lease-up efforts and meet budget/ownership timelines.
• Oversee financial operations and prepare community reports.
• Coordinate maintenance, service requests, and vendor invoices.
• Analyze market trends and develop marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety rules.
