Wan Bridge Group is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of Build-to-Rent communities in the Dallas area. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with corporate support, and drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through strategic operations and technology integration.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor relations, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, leasing, and accounting to optimize performance across stabilized and lease-up

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive experience in residential property management, with a focus on Build-to-Rent (BTR).
• Strong analytical skills, technology savvy, advanced Excel user, forward-thinking for BTR trends.
• 3+ leadership experience including team management and development.

• Oversee portfolio-wide strategies across multiple properties to meet occupancy targets and maximize revenue.
• Lead on-site teams, centralized portfolio support, and cross-department collaboration for operations and tech platforms.
• Drive resident relations, onboarding, renewals, and satisfaction initiatives while ensuring compliance and financial health.
