Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean property offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and common areas on schedule.
• Clean vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy.
• Maintain exterior image including driveways, parking lots, curbs, and dumpster areas.
