Job summary

Sosuite in Philadelphia is hiring a dependable Porter to maintain the property’s cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance, ensuring a welcoming living environment daily.

You will keep the lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and amenity spaces clean; remove trash; operate freight elevator; assist with deliveries and light maintenance tasks; and interact professionally with guests, residents, and staff. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities in property management.

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, housekeeper or maintenance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.

Responsibilities
