Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and the plumbing code.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain/maintain a Class E license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with tablets, CRM, and dispatching software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters, tankless systems, gas and leak repairs, water service and filtration systems, and general plumbing upgrades.
• Interact directly with homeowners, provide clear explanations and recommendations.
• Ensure safety and integrity of each property.
• Accurate documentation and professional use of technology in daily routine.
