The position requires a basic tool set, valid driver's license, strong communication, and flexibility for emergency calls. Mon–Fri schedule with an hourly wage and temp-hire term, offering hands-on fieldwork in diverse properties.

Qualifications

• Basic set of hand and electric tools.
• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Comfortably utilizing a smart phone.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to respond to emergency calls outside of regular business hours.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and sewage systems.
• Respond to plumbing service calls such as clogged drains, leaking faucets, running toilets, and water pressure issues.
• Perform preventative plumbing maintenance to avoid future issues, including cleaning drains and checking water heaters.
• Install plumbing fixtures and systems as needed, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair broken or faulty plumbing systems, including underground piping and connections.
