Job summary

Inception Plumbing, LLC. is seeking a highly experienced full-time Residential Plumbing Tech to join our Kansas City team in Missouri. The role offers a competitive compensation range of $85,000–$130,000+ per year plus comprehensive benefits.

TheResidential Plumbing Tech will service homes in the Kansas City area, with a schedule that avoids weekends and on-call rotations. You will work from a company vehicle, using CRM and dispatch software to manage daily assignments and keep homeowners

Qualifications

3+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and code.
Valid driver’s license with clean record and Class E eligibility.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfort with tablets, CRM, and dispatching software.
Ability to diagnose systems and explain options to homeowners.
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship.
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair fixtures such as faucets, toilets, disposals, and water heaters.
Repair gas lines, leaks, water service, and filtration systems.
Perform general plumbing upgrades and system improvements.
Interact with homeowners, provide explanations and recommendations.
Document work accurately and use dispatch/CRM tech daily.
