Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues.
• Repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Install water heaters (tank & tankless).
• Perform drain cleaning and sewer repairs.
• Install water treatment and filtration systems.
• Complete repipes and plumbing replacements.
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Educate customers so they can make informed decisions.
• Complete accurate ServiceTitan documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
• Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training.
